Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Innerwear & Hygiene Essentials

• For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear items (lingerie, panties, bras, shapewear, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

• Exceptions apply only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at shop@teenslifestyle.ae within 7 days of delivery.

Outerwear & Dailywear

• Outerwear including daily wear products (camisoles, tops, loungewear, etc.) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Return Conditions

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at shop@teenslifestyle.ae with your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

2. Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process.

3. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
